JENNIE (Hangul: 제니) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper, model, designer and actress under ODDATELIER and Columbia Records. She is a member of the girl group BLACKPINK (Hangul: 블랙핑크). She made her solo debut on November 12, 2018 with the single album "SOLO".
Backround:She was revealed as the first member of BLACKPINK on June 1, 2016. The group made their debut on August 8, 2016 with their first digital single album "SQUARE ONE".
On July 17, a trailer for The Idol was uploaded by HBO in which JENNIE was spotted. Two days later, HBO confirmed that JENNIE will be playing a part in the show on their Twitter account.
On October 4, 2023, it was announced that JENNIE would release her special English single "You & Me" on October 6.
On December 24, Jennie announced that she had established her own one-woman agency, ODDATELIER, to manage her solo activities.
